ask federal bank to convert your account into a bsbda account. there are many restrictions on bsbda 10k per month transaction limit is very low and maximum balance one can hold is 50k

No charges for fuel spends. You will get 1% back if you are a pro/salary account holder.

@Shawnpinto seems like some bug is there in Jupiter community app, when I press on reply and post. It’s not showing as reply to that person text. It’s just showing as as post made. Anyone facing same?

If you reply to someone while that message is on the same screen, it won’t be counted as ‘replied to’
To be sure, just @ name while you click on reply. It should be safe.
Or, just tap on reply and scroll down till you can’t see the persons message.

Yes, I have also noticed this issue, but only on mobile devices. It works fine in the desktop though.

Dear Jupiter Bank ,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the new debit card maintenance charge of ₹ 235 annually that was recently introduced. As a student, I do not have a source of income and this additional financial burden is difficult for me to bear.
I have been a loyal customer of your bank for the past year and I was not informed about this new charge until I received an email notification. This sudden change without prior notice has left me feeling dissatisfied with the services provided by your bank.
Furthermore, due to my financial constraints, I have decided to block my debit card as I am unable to pay the maintenance charge at this time.
Its very bad move to by the bank to torcher it's customers by this financial burden every year.
You first acquired the customers by giving them free debit card and you started charging for the debit card. We were told that you will not charge any fees for this now the situation have changed.
In an recent customer care talk they informed me that you have a customer base of 25 lakh and if you charge 199 each person it will be ₹50CRORE excluding GST.
I want to ask you the question why should we use use only Jupiter over the other zero balance account as they don’t charge debit card fees.
I hope that you will reconsider this new policy and will revert this new policy back to no charges.

fees for virtual debit card seems unreasonable as everyone is offering that for free specially for digital accounts

annual fee of ₹199 + GST will be levied for the first time in March 2024 . Going forward, this fee will be charged in March of every year for your virtual or physical Debit Card.
I am not support for this charges because whenever I open this account where clearly mentioned there is no charges all of is free. Other Bank is also levied no charges to the customer so why you are charge Rs. 199 +GST for virtual or physical card to the customer this is not fair.

Can I file a cheating and fraudulent acts case against jupiter in consumer court as earlier it showed me that I have to pay only one time fee, after that no annual fee but after selling debit card with this claim it is asking me to pay the charges.
