Exactly. It says to improve your credit store when it has always been good, I have FD in Jupiter, maintained balance to remain Pro too, doing transactions and was given a waitlist number of 4xxx. If you don’t want to give RuPay CSB card to customers, fine take as much as time you want - till it becomes irrelevant and other RuPay players establish themselves - just look at HDFC Neu, Axis Kiwi, BOB Snapdeal. But don’t show fullscreen nodal notification to “Get Jupiter CSB card” when we go to use Jupiter app and then deny saying “Not eligible.” Don’t show FAKE 3,00,000 limit which I was shown and then “Not eligible.” Similarly, sending emails (twice I got) and then “not eligible.” You are doing everything in the handbook to make customers angry. I will not email any address begging for access to your card or reporting your bugs. That’s the app dev team’s job to monitor the forums and develop a credit card onboarding process that isn’t broken. The email says “You are among the first to enjoy” and 2nd time I got it, and then “Not eligible”. Are there people who are actually able to submit the CC application who are before the people who are the first to enjoy? ![]()

I joined waitlist in starting and i was given 5663 waitlist number. However in Jupiter app my waitlist number wasn’t showing from starting.

Also i got to know that many people who had 2L+ waitlist number got invite and got their card also. If this is random stuff then why this waitlist number was given?

They are releasing it to eligible customers only, the eligibility criteria seem to be very high. My sister got the opportunity to apply but wasn’t eligible, she recently got approved for 2 cards with good limits, so I am not sure what exactly are the criteria for eligibility.
@mryashchauhan I’m holding almost all major bank’s cards. I don’t know what’s the special criteria for Jupiter which other bank’s didn’t considered while approving my cards.
Maybe they are still releasing in batches, my waitlist number was around 5k and I don’t have the option to apply while my sister’s waitlist number was more than 2lakh. Hopefully Jupiter comes out with some concrete details regarding eligibility and release time.
I have pre-approved 3lac credit limit CSB card but whenever I applied 1st time everything ok but when i have to show my signature application start from beginning.after whenever I applied customer care support saying miss match in father’s full name.but i won’t make any mistake.if you could not say how can I know what was the problem.how can i know what’s wrong
