Glitch in Upgrade Account Status

I am already a Pro user but unfortunately showing me as Current Plan under Basic

Folks, please report this to the support team. It’s important this bug gets reported to the dev ops.

@Satyajit_Singh As per system details, you are already on PRO status and the same is visible on the first screenshot shared by you (PRO Status valid till 3 Oct 2023).

Could you please let us know what happens when you click on “Check my status” button (On the 3rd Screenshot)

Hi @Satyajit_Singh let me check this, we will resolve this immediately. I tried to call you as well, need to understand from where you are able to see the last screen.
