I guess you can avoid it by using UPI or rupay cards or cards that give waiver (loses gst amount though in cards that gives waiver).
Am I right? Can anyone clarify.

Yes, but if i use UPI then, I will miss my rewards too.
I get know from X community that , surcharges can be avoid by Doing transaction below 2k. But he also not sure about this, but its working for him.
And as for me this surcharge only applied on my transaction of 2k, other transactins was below amoung of 2k where surcharge not applied.
Hope its true…
That is correct. Fuel surcharge waivers are applied for amounts below 2000. Hence, if you continue to use your credit card and May be your debit card for amounts less than 2000, there shouldn’t be any surcharges
Its just for DEBIT CARD , not for Credit card.
And i normally dont fill fuel above 2000rs @yagnesh01
Rs2000 at a time or rs2000 in a month?
Rs 2000 at a time. I believe there is usually a monthly cap on the total surcharge waiver.
400-500 is the lower cap and 2000-5000 is the upper cap for fuel surcharge waiver.
Depends from card to card mostly.
