I’ve made foreign transaction of 197 dollars in USA. According to exchange rate it equals to 16000 rupees but I’ve been charged 16500 on card. I’m a pro member and there should be no forex charge till 25000 I’ve not made any foreign transaction before this so why I’ve been charged what appears forex rate on my transaction. Or is it some else charge please help me understand.

By default, mark ups are applied on all txns. But same is reversed at end of the month for pro members.

@Jiten I also made transactions in USD. Suppose if Rs 500 deducted extra on transaction I got Rs 350 back. Is there any extra charges?
