Need Help: Significant Discrepancy in Jupiter Digital Gold Portfolio Value
Hi Jupiter Team and Community,
I’ve been a Jupiter user for quite some time and have genuinely enjoyed using the platform. The experience has always been smooth, and that’s one of the reasons I chose to invest through Jupiter.
However, I’m currently facing an issue with my Digital Gold investment that has left me quite concerned.
Over a period of time, I invested approximately ₹51,000 in Digital Gold through Jupiter and have also been investing regularly via SIP. Recently, I noticed that the current value displayed in my portfolio is only around ₹25,000.
While I understand that investment values fluctuate and that gold prices can move up and down, a drop of nearly 50% does not seem consistent with the actual movement in gold prices during this period.
I’ve already raised a support ticket and have been redirected to the relevant team, but I am still awaiting a clear explanation regarding the discrepancy.
I wanted to check with the community:
• Has anyone else faced a similar issue with Digital Gold valuation?
• Could there be any technical or reporting issue affecting portfolio values?
• How long did it take for support to resolve similar concerns?
I have all transaction records and screenshots available if required. At this point, I’m mainly looking for clarity regarding my holdings and the valuation being displayed.
Tagging the Jupiter team in the hope that someone can look into this matter. I’ve always trusted the platform, and I’m hoping this issue can be resolved soon.
