Debit card is not working at ATM
This just definately get reported via a ticket. This is a 2nd such instance that i have heard off on the community and a ticket will help better investigate the issue.
Yesterday it’s happened with me i tried axis , boi , ICICI atm but none of them are worked.
Then i contacted support team they said ’ there was some problem with atm we are trying to solve as soon as possible , till now you can use neft ,imps and upi and other services '.
Like i have mentioned, while the issue that you faced again was unfortunate, contacting support and raising tickets ensures the bank is tracking each Issue for a resolution. The timeline for resolution may not immediately help us, but in the long run it helping close these open loops.
I also faced the same problem today, the ATM generated an error receipt.
Had a chat with the support team, they said I was one of the affected users with this issue. They will fix it soon.
The agent did give a list of ATM banks that work, so it was quite helpful.
