Seems the app loading experience is different for different users.
Manish almost got upset with me the last time on this.
Maybe the absence of biometric in the device makes the app slow. I use a device which does not have biometric, maybe it opens faster in the device which has biometric feature. I also tried testing in different devices which had biometric but it was taking at least 10-12 seconds in my case.

Devansh, you should try registering. If run into issues, then wait for the official announcement. Some of us who tried it back then had a mixed success rate in terms of signing up
