I have recently switched from one organisation to another, but in the app there is no option of changing the company details.
Due to which might be I will have to use some other account and change the bank.

Go to hamburger menu>account details>profile details>update official details

We cannot change the company details in that, I had an interaction with the customer support they already told me this feature is not available on the app.

I have updated company details couple of weeks back. But now it’s not available for me. There may be time frame for switching companies…

Even if you are not able to update the profile, as far as you receive salary credit from new employer, you will get the salary account benefits. Need not worry on that. If you see any issue, pls notify us
