Hi. i had applied for card in October and still now i didn’t get the card. Every time i raise a request they say address change is not possible. The Communication address is not serviced by bluedart. i want to change it but even after a month of contacting support i am unable to do it. because of which I couldn’t use my Jupiter card to get 10% Jewel rewards

I tried to raise a request via in-app chat, it said there is no such option at all.
I need to change my Address ASAP,
my addresses in Aadhaar PAN has changed and I no longer have any access to my past address. This is very critical.

Forcing addresses to stick to Aadhar info is a tad ridiculous. I’d wager it’s more a relic of our banking traditions and government bureaucracy era schtick. Not everybody resides at the address mentioned in their Aadhar cards. Could also be parental residences.
We should be able to switch communication addresses, at least once every two years or so.
Hope to see a fix.

not to mention that the Aadhaar address itself can change over time.

Absolutely!!!
A fix that I can think off the top of my head would be having two addresses: permanent (pulled off the Aadhar), and a communication address. The latter which can be updated once every two or three years or something.

Is there any update here? I contacted chat support and was told the address cannot be changed. How do I order my debit card if it’s an older address?

Hopping in to let anyone who’s waiting for an update on this know - there still is no option to change/update the communication address yet. Tried with chat support as well, they say it isn’t possible

At present, there are only options to edit your mobile number and email id. I hope the address change feature may be live soon.
btw, the address change feature for cheque book request is under development stage.
