I’d reached out sometime back regarding some concerns I was facing with the change of my communication address for the account. This was mainly so that I can place my order for the Aurora Card since I’ve been moved from waitlist of Aurora to the purchase list. However, I wanted to change my address to my newer address for the same. I reached out via the support mail. But I’ve not received a proper response even after 48 hours.
I’d prefer this being resolved at the earlier
