I had requested during ReKYC to update the address, but it didn’t change (as per aadhaar).
Also, recently I had updated the same on Federal Bank website which said it will be processed within 48 hours. its been almost 15 days, it didn’t change.
Your chat support says to update it from app from profile but there is no such option activated for address.
Lastly, your customer care chat support said, there are technical issues, it will be resolved shortly, which also was 10 days ago.
I need a Debit Card, but your system doesn’t allow to be delivered to a different address.
And you are unable to update a basic customer care service of address which is not managable by your bank since past 4-5 years.
Kindly update my address on urgent basis.
