Bug in Pots balance

Sometimes it can be useful na,we can be a PRO member for free :grin:

Everyone just holds eyes :eyes: on the pots and gold balance and sees the changes

99.87 = 4000
99.86 = 31000 :exploding_head: :exploding_head: :exploding_head:

I tried again. It seems the issue is not coming up for me. Kept refreshing it multiple times with the pot values being correct

Today even I became lucky and had 3,1000 in my pots :laughing:

I am fed up with the bugs everyday.
Sadly, I am not a supporter of Jupiter anymore.
Whole time goes with reporting the issues itself which is spoiling the user experience.
Have withdrawn all the funds yesterday from Jupiter and having a serious rethinking about continuing. :frowning:
No other fintech has these many bugs as far as I have seen.

There are bugs in other apps as well like niyoX, I have observed it, but its not a common knowledge or reported publicly. That is why it might feel like Jupiter has more bugs but in reality most of the times it is nit picking, if you look at this bug report its not a major app-breaking bug which happens on certain specific conditions to some users.
That is my point of view, you might have had different experiences which led you to this situation.

Agree. They might not be app-breaking bugs but small bugs pile up and spoil the UX.
Two years after launching, this should not be the experience.
I wanted to change my email ID and the most weirdest thing is Jupiter only allows gmail to be linked.

Every bug/challenge our members highlight helps us flag the blind spot we’ve missed.

Though some take time to be resolved, some do get instantly fixed.
Bug hunters help us polish the app even better.

Agree shawn.

Colloboration can make the app smoother and we as a community do support it.

But recent developments like default landing page to Loans sections and transactions missing from transaction history, restriction of changing email only to gmail etc., really left me annoyed.

Default landing page to loans section made me feel Jupiter like some loan app but not neo-banking app.

Hmm, this right here is in testing, doesn’t mean it will actually be permanent.

Ideally, this should not have happened, I hope this is raised through tickets.

It’s enabled for Gmail ID’s for now, we will bring more options in the future.
Just curious, which email service is it right now?

Hope so.

Was told some technical issue and no one raised the ticket. Yesterday got a call from @Bhoomika_Gowda and sent a screenshot to her the transaction that was missing.

Zoho Mail and Proton Mail.
