i have withdraw some money from atm machine it’s showing restricted payments category in jewel which is ok but it’s not mentioned in “this payment categories are not eligible for rewards” section.
here atm withdrawal is not mentioned

Maybe they have not mentioned it coz cash withdrawal cannot be classified as “spends” category.
And jewels are awarded only on spends.
