Is it possible to create a second jupiter account with same phone number and different PAN card?

Phone numbers are the crucial thing in fintech. It is the only good way to identify the person along with Aadhaar Biometric. Hence it is not possible to use a phone number with different accounts in the same bank to use online banking products

what if i close the account and create another one with the same phone number and different pan card?

Instead of this just update your pan card in the bank.

So, I have to visit a nearby federal bank? I can’t update it through app?

@Shawnpinto will help with this exactly. PAN card could be updated using NET BANKING but unfortunately, Jupiter does not support the FEDERAL BANK NET BANKING site. So, you have to visit the nearest branch.
