My account has been frozen twice for unknown reasons. Jupiter should add a notification feature to notify us that our account has frozen🙂
BTW I still don’t know why my account got frozen

Edit:- In Jupiter app, for KYC status it says verified
Then your account freeze reasons completely different… It will never automatically unlocked untill your investigating officer issue NOC for account unlocking
So contact you LEA officer for resolution

I have sent an email, and I have tried calling their number.
Email no response. Mobile number not reachable.
What Can I do to solve?
I won’t be able to go to Punjab. It’s too far from me.
By completing full KYC. This time my account IS full KYC.
Well if your hard earned money is stucked for no reason of yours then you have to do something following the law.
How to solve? Any idea from your side?
Currently full KYC. BTW got a call from Jupiter, my account will unfreeze within 48 hours😁
You have to follow the law /procedure as communicated to you by the authorities
Yeah, I UNINTENTIONALLY might have shown some suspicious behaviour 
Jupiter gave an email and said to contact them. I send email but no response.
What else am I supposed to do?
I have each and every proof to prove my innocence.
Now, 2 complaints have been registered against me.
One from Punjab, One from Jharkhand.
Is anybody who can help me to solve this?
