Account Frozen (Federal Bank/Jupiter) for 2+ Weeks Despite Submitting All Income & Business Proofs – Need Urgent Escalation!

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration and desperation. My account (Ending with 0874) has been completely frozen since June 1st, 2026, due to an “internal analysis/security flag.” It has now been over two weeks, and despite fully cooperating and sending every single document requested, there has been zero progress.

The Situation:

I am working Cognizant. My account got flagged because of a temporary spike in UPI credits.

The Reason: My parents run a local vegetable shop in Tiruvallur. Their official business QR code faced a technical glitch, so for a brief window, customers scanned my personal Google Pay QR code to clear their dues. The total amount was just around ₹22,000–₹22,800. I immediately routed these funds for family needs and routine expenses.

What I Have Done So Far:

On June 10th, in response to a detailed compliance email from Federal Bank, I submitted:

  • My Cognizant Offer Letter & employment proof.

  • Salary slips for February, March, and April 2026.

  • Password-protected bank statements.

  • The exact Google Maps location of my parents’ shop and their contact numbers for physical verification.

Why this is critical:

This is my primary account, and it is directly linked to all my SIPs, stock trading, and active market investments. Because of this prolonged freeze, my automated investments are failing, causing me mental agony and financial disruption.

It has been nearly a week since I provided full transparency and all compliance documentation to contact@federalbank.co.in and cybercare@jupiter.money, but I am only getting automated or template replies saying “our team is actively working on it.”

Can any Jupiter Community moderator, team member, or admin please escalate ticket FBSR0005706319 internally with Federal Bank? My KYC is fully compliant, and the funds are entirely legitimate.

Any advice or help from fellow community members who have faced similar Federal Bank compliance freezes would be highly appreciated.

Dear @Krishnaindia - Rather than writing here, you could have written to me directly though the details shared on the app and website if you wanted to escalate something beyound grievance desk. I personally take care of escalations after grievance.

Anyways, savings account can’t be used for any direct or indirect business. It is against compliance and Federal Bank holds the right to even close the account on these grounds.

@Vajrala_Pradeep will look into this and revert back to you with status within 24 hours. He will try to get it expedited.
