My account got frozen due to a disputed transaction , how to get it unfreezed ? And what is the maximum time period it can be frozen , i have around 27k+ in the account , please help with the process , i have no access to the registered email id. How can i get it unfreezed.

Regarding communications concerning account freezes, please note that they are sent mainly through the registered email. I am not sure whether alternative email addresses are effective in these cases.

Someone complaint on my account number from tamilnadu but i contact tamilnadu cyber cell and i solve my problem tamilnadu police send NOC letter to me .
But jupiter is not helping me my account is still frozen.

Jupiter is really bad. I put 17k in my jupiter right now i am facing so many problem. i am in trouble right now but jupiter not helping and also admins are also not reply me
My account is also freezed i mailed on the cybercare@jupiter.money they asked me to wait for 2 days now its 2 days complete no message or email or any single notification about why the account is freezed i already sent multiple emails on this topic but no reply felt the service is very bad have 5k in my account and no one is taking seriously about helping

Hi shaikh, i am also facing same problem. My account got blocked 1 month back by same tamilnadu cyber cell. But no one is responding for my mails or calls. How did you contact them, how did you get NOC? Please help me with the issue.
