I wanted to change my number as it’s deactivated and unable to get new one also from the telecom provider.
I approached to team they just informing me we are working but i have stuck a refund in this and it’s gone freez or blocked.
Now they sent email as issue has resolved while I did not get any update.
Have you written to support team, discribing your issue in detail. If yes, you would have received a ticket#. Share it here and I am someone from the Jupiter will assist.
I have wrote to both emails but got only automatic response instead of any tickets and resolution
Suggest you respond back to the email and cc the support email as well.
Suggest you post the ticket# here and we can appeal to the Jupiter team to look into it.
