I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with the Jupiter app. It seems that my balance and transaction history are not syncing properly.
I’ve reached out to the chat support team yesterday, and they were able to resolve the issue by syncing my account balance and the transactions. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing the same issue again today. It’s quite frustrating, as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem. I encountered this issue several times.
I was wondering if anyone else in the community has experienced a similar issue with the app?
