Hi everyone,
I’m facing a serious issue with my Jupiter account and need urgent help or guidance from the community.
Over the past few days, multiple mutual fund transactions have been getting executed from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have already raised support tickets (#4829298 and #4868062), but so far I have not received an actual response or resolution.
What’s more concerning is that new transactions are still happening, even after reporting the issue. Also, these purchases are not even visible under the Investments section in the Jupiter app, which makes this even more confusing.
I’ve already taken basic precautions from my end, but I’m unsure what else I can do immediately to stop this.
Has anyone faced something similar with Jupiter or mutual fund transactions?
