i am not able to track and even view the mutual funds of my account where the sips were triggered within jupiter. Forget about calculation i cant even view them to redeem them tomorrow in case if i need them.
Even Extra 7% feature is very terrible. it says i have sufficient money available but when i am trying ti withdraw it is rejecting stating that there is insufficient balance.
the balance is available when i checked in the mfcentral app.
This is really terrible experience and a serious question on the credibility on the jupiter bank.
if i dont get this rectified then i will be forced to raise the complaint in RBI, SEBI ombudsman.
