Dear all,
I have a KYC account with Jupiter which i have been using for more than an year. After following some advice from Jupiter Help which instructed me to delete my cache, i was logged out of the app and am unable to log in since then on the exact same smartphone with the exact same SIM.
I am unable to log in to my app and because of that i am unable to access my bank details and my debit card details as well.
I am unable to use the capital locked in the account.
Even after repeated follow ups with Support and Grievance, apart from one fact checking call, your messages regarding this issue have not helped me resolve it.
I have not heard back from you for more than 7 days now.
Please help me resolve this issue.
