The retry option doesn’t respond or refresh and has been stuck for a month now.

Had the same issue to me in the past. Happens when we forward the mail that is not generated by jupiter but another apps…
One way is to find and an old mail generated from jupiter and forward it.(May work)
Last time. Someone from jupiter helped to regenerate the CAMs mail which i then forwarded
