The posts feature is not at all working properly in the app. I can only see the option screen over the main screen which is dimmed and on touching anywhere on the main screen, it’s just going back. Other than depositing money in the pots, I cannot do anything, no other options are working. I’m attaching a screenshot to further explain the problem. This has been going along for two days and I haven’t yet got any solution for that.
@Shawnpinto please look into this. @Sid2k22 has the similar problem like this. I saw in a thread that it was posted 4 days ago. I’m having the same problem. From an app which is related to banking, these types of problems are not expected. Why should everyone wait for 4 days for an app update. It can’t be done in a priority??
Thanks. Went there and read everything. Didn’t solve the problem but at least made me understand how lacking a financial company and Its promises can be. Money being stuck inside pot is kind of a serious issue for everyone. Anybody can be in need of some money at anytime. And to solve the screen issue of pots is not a priority for the company. The thread clearly shows that it’s a 4 day old issue. And it’s not that hard of an issue in which they have to many things. They just have to change the issue of screen resolution. But, still not done.
