That’s bad then. Federal had a good reputation which is going to dogs cause of this now.

To address your issue, I kindly suggest raise a support ticket by emailing your issue to support@jupiter.money or by calling helpline at 08655055086 (available 9am - 9pm).
This freezing of account legit scared me to hell. I am using Jupiter as my primary account and have kept my all hard earned money there.
