Adding a screen shot capture option when transaction will be fail . Which we can use it for further reference or we can share for customer support team .

I think even if the transaction fails on the Failed Transaction pop up there will be a share icon at the botton from that you can able to share.
Valid points @SaiRaj and @Ranjeth , getting a pic from a different device is not convenient or scalable. Our Support team flagged this as a pain point as well.
Currently our banking partner prohibits us from allowing screenshots as a security measure. We’re exploring a flow similar to what you suggested @Ranjeth
