Dear Vinayak, As you have highlighted yourself, it seems there is a LEA (Law Enforcement Agency) complaint on your account. There is a process to remove any freeze which requires NoC and validation by the bank to lift the freeze. Yes, we have received the NOC. However, it was submitted from a different email address than the one used by the concerned Law Enforcement Agency (LEA).
To verify its authenticity, our partner bank reached out to the concerned LEA through their official email address requesting confirmation. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response from the LEA. We had informed you of this earlier as well.
