I have got the same problem and while getting assist the chatbot executive sahs got to branch, why should I when i opened a fully digital neo bank account for my convenience and infact the branch is 40 kms far from my home.
Please share your ticket number to @Soumyadeep_Ghosh and let him look into this and revert back.
