I’ve been trying to get my query resolved from past 3 days, tried calling the support numbers, and all i hear is IVR, no option to talk to human, on the other hand the chat supports ai is shit, i mean everytime i prompt to connect me to an human, he’s like “tell me im here” and the proceeds to do nothing, im too much stressed, when i had talk with federal bank they told Neo Jupiter is seperate branch, please cann jupiter for info, and im still on the same boat as i was 3 days ago.
