Hello, I had this issue since long time and had contacted your team, bt not resolved.
I had logged once in Jupiter account with unlinked Aadhar Number and started using it for a while and interested in opening a savings account. Bt couldn’t do it as the number was not linked with Aadhar.
Now want to login with Aadhar linked number and open an account and i am not able to as it is showing the account is active with my previous number.
Kindly de activate the account and help me in logging with Aadhar linked number
