Hello, My Name is Sujoy. I have been using the Jupiter Money App, a neo bank, for a long time. My experience with Jupiter has been good, but today I want to highlight some issues with the app, specifically the screenshot problem.
Firstly, there are many instances where we need to chat with Jupiter customer care to resolve issues, and often we need to provide proof, which is usually a screenshot. However, the biggest problem is that I cannot take screenshots in the Jupiter app. I understand that this is for security reasons.
Recently, I completed an offer in the Jupiter app, but I did not receive my reward as expected. So, I had to chat with customer care, but they kept asking for a screenshot. Unfortunately, I do not have an extra phone, and I cannot take screenshots in the Jupiter app. Therefore, my request to the Jupiter app developers is to allow screenshots in the offers section. Even if screenshots are not allowed in the bank details section, they should be allowed in the offers section.
I know this feedback might seem trivial, but it is a very necessary solution for those who do not have a secondary phone, just like me. I hope the Jupiter officials will consider my request and provide a solution in the future.
