Due to some credit card issue i started chat with jupiter customer care team, they asked me to share the screenshot of error.
1st issue is you cannot take screenshot on app due to security reasons
2nd i have taken photo from other app but cannot put in chat or can say it never upload.
Same issue with my someone other Friends also and we was using Samsung m serious phone with updated jupiter app.
In situations where you need to share a screenshot of the error message, it is recommended that you send an email to support@jupiter.money and include all the details there.
