I set up a Recurring Deposit on Jupiter with a monthly installment of ₹60,000. My bank statement confirms the money left my savings account and moved into a linked deposit account, so the transfer went through fine.
The issue: under Investments, it shows ₹65,000 total deposited, but my RD only shows ₹5,000. The other ₹60,000 isn’t visible there, and I can’t find any option to withdraw or break it.
Has anyone faced this? Specifically:
Where does the extra ₹60,000 sit — could this be an AutoSweep FD instead of the RD?
How do I withdraw/break it?
Any pointers appreciated, or the fastest way to get this resolved through support.
