Quick guide on support queries and escalations | Escalation Matrix

Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder about how to handle support issues and escalations. While we love seeing the discussions and helpful advice shared here, please keep in mind that this community forum isn’t an escalation page.

To get your issues resolved securely and quickly, the best first step is to use the chatbot in the Jupiter app. It can actually resolve a lot of queries right away. If your issue needs human intervention, the bot will automatically transfer you to the support team.

If you already have an ongoing case that needs to be escalated, here is the exact contact matrix you should follow:

For savings accounts, investments, pots, and loans:

  • Phone: 86550-55086

  • Email: support@jupiter.money

  • Jupiter Pots Email: support-jupiteraccount@jupiter.money

For the Edge CSB Bank RuPay Credit Card:

  • Phone: 08045219280

  • Email: edge-csb-support@jupiter.money

If you aren’t happy with the resolution: If you’ve gone through standard support and are still unsatisfied with how your case was handled, you can check our Grievance Redressal Policy here and write to the respective escalation department: Grievance Redressal Policy

One important request: Please only write to the specific department for your issue. Avoid CCing or looping in all the email addresses at once. Doing that creates duplicate tickets in our system and will actually end up delaying your resolution.

Also, for your own safety, please remember not to post personal details like your phone number or account information publicly on the forum. Always make sure to include your original ticket ID when reaching out to the escalation team.

Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

My Federal Bank/Jupiter account is under lien due to multiple cybercrime complaints. I have all the supporting evidence, including bank transaction records, Binance P2P receipt, police money-trail records, refund proof and official email correspondence.

There is a major mismatch between the actual transaction amount of ₹29,320.32 and the total disputed/lien amount of ₹42,674.30 across the complaints.

I approached the nearest Federal Bank branch for assistance and specifically requested that my case be taken up through the CFCFRMS Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM). However, the branch has refused to raise/submit the GRM grievance and told me that they do not know how to operate/handle this process. I was not given any proper guidance or alternative channel.

In one complaint, the concerned police officer verified the disputed amount of ₹8,767.15. I refunded the amount as instructed, and the officer subsequently sent a formal defreeze request to Federal Bank.

Despite having complete evidence and cooperation from the concerned LEA, I am unable to get proper assistance from the bank regarding the amount mismatch, GRM process and removal of the lien.

Please have the concerned Federal Bank/Jupiter team contact me, accept and process my GRM grievance, reconcile the transaction/disputed amounts, coordinate with the concerned LEAs and resolve the account restriction.

Please send the details to cybercare@jupiter.money and DM @Bhawika_Jain. We will reach out to the bank and come back with the details. Please allow her 3-4 working days to revert back.

If the chatbot was ever working or if the support mail was even looked at no one would be seeking community support, don’t you think?

Instead of crying over consumers being able to speak up their challenges and finally getting solutions from fellow community members (ps who are not even getting payed by you), you should look into why there’s no one responding to the support mails and no one lifting support calls.

It’s been a month since I’ve been mailing and every working day getting wasted with hours staying online trying to connect to a single call. And wow I got one reply back in the mail out of all my queries with a solution that is not even related to my problem.

Such a joke the whole support team work which is just automated no solution to nothing.

Please share your customer support ticket number so that we get your case investigated. You can DM your ticket number to @Vajrala_Pradeep.

Hi @Venus_2 Please DM your ticket ID and I will get it checked right away.
