My RD has disappeared all of a sudden from the app and I am unable to withdraw money. I have raised a ticket with number 4894141 since 2 weeks and there is no resolution from anyone. After multiple follow ups and extended deadlines no one has contacted or updated me on the ticket. I need the money and is unable to use it. This is very unprofessional from a banking app. I need a resolution ASAP
