The below offer is expired on 16th July but still it’s showing in the app.
For me its another offer…“Get upto 25000 jewels on 3 bill payments” but the validity mentioned is same as yours, July 16th

Update - It’s not a bug, it’s an offer that is expired and yet to be removed.
