Not able to get latest balance and transactions on tappings refresh button

I am trying to get updated bank balance and transactions but whenever I’m clicking refresh button in the money tab it goes into loading and then balance stays the same after completion, it says last refreshed 28th may 6:54 pm and every refresh is failing.

Can someone look into this please?

Also I don’t want to lose all the categorisation data I have till now, so didn’t try removing the account

Hi Rohit. I think the issue was intermittent, it got resolved today and everything is working normally now.

Hi, I’m still facing this issue since many weeks.

Particularly it fails to get the latest balance of the SBI account I’ve added to Jupiter to track the balance.

And if I manually check the balance using UPI, then it works but still on the Money page or shows old value of balance. Maybe the issue is related to Finvu?

Can anyone please help?
