Can you please cancel my autopay subsciption from backend? I am just questioning it from literally 1 month. I am not able cancel from my side through app as well as though website also…also I have tried from all side - through mail and app. Jupiter has no facility to directly talk with agent on call from anywhere. Are you guys seriously want to hide from these serious things???
@Abhishek_Mishra for UPI mandates set at merchant’s end, we would not be able to remove them as the details are stored in NPCI. However, you can remove it from the website: https://www.upihelp.npci.org.in/
If the mandate is not UPI, please DM me your ticket ID and I will look into the mandate cancellation issue.
I have tried this link also several times but this is also not worked. By going with this link, this app showing nothing either then na. All details are showing as na.
If this was as easier, then it would be gone times ago.
Is there any other way to cancel this UPI mandate please do the needful.
@Abhishek_Mishra this is a website made by NPCI and not by Jupiter. The only possible way now is to contact the merchant where the mandate is set and ask them to remove it at NPCI end as well.
