My debit card will expire on August 2026. Still 5 days left the expiry date.
When will I receive my new debit card?
The new debit card card should arrive without any new request, right?
Is there any charges for new card?

Federal Bank is upgrading their systems to facilitate auto-issuance on expiry, however it is yet not functional. I would recommend the following - block your card and request for a new card issuance. This is not the ideal experience we want to provide but given the upgrade going on with Federal Bank system, we request you to follow it. If you need any help on this, you can DM @Aayush_Mishra.

@Aayush_Mishra Since my debit card expired in August 2026, ordering a new Debit card in Jupiter app makes me to pay for a new card.
It’s like renewal, so it shouldn’t be charged.

We understand the concern around DCs that have expired or are nearing expiry, and we’re actively working with the bank to ensure customers have a smooth experience and don’t face any issues because of this.
The bank has already provided us with a solution, and we’re currently working on implementing it in the app. We expect the solution to be live soon, after which the necessary handling for expired/expiring DC will be in place.
We’ll keep you updated on this thread and let you know as soon as the solution goes live.
Rest assured, we’re actively working on this to ensure customers don’t face any inconvenience.

Hello, Just a question, let’s say my existing debit card got expired, then will I be able to see the virtual card in the Jupiter app without 24 to 48 hours after the existing card is expired?
Ordering a physical debit card or auto issuance of a physical debit card comes later I believe, or is this for both the virtual as well as physical card, cause you said that auto-issuance on expiry is NOT yet functional.

Currently once your debit card expires you will still see the virtual card on your app, but you will not be able to use it as the card has expired, we are working with the bank regarding this so that we can create a new virtual card once the old card expires.
Sir how many time it could take to implement the solution replacing the near expiry or just expired physical debit card with the new one?
Hi Sandip, Federal Bank has given us a timeline of 31st October for seamless automating this issuance process. However, there is a workaround till the solution is implemented. DM your details to @Aayush_Mishra and he will assist you.
