I am facing an issue with my Mutual Funds dashboard. Earlier, my portfolio value used to update daily and I could track my day-to-day gains and losses. However, for the last one week, the dashboard value appears to be frozen and is not reflecting the latest portfolio value.
I can still see profits/losses being calculated, but the overall dashboard amount is not updating as it should. I have already tried refreshing the app, but the issue persists.
Additionally, last Friday I spoke with a member of your investment team over a phone call. I was informed that this was a known issue with the portal and that it would be resolved by Monday. However, it is now Wednesday and the issue still remains unresolved.
What is even more frustrating is that after that call, I have repeatedly tried reaching out through the chat support channel, but I have not received any response from the team.
Could you please check if there is any synchronization issue with my mutual fund portfolio and help resolve this at the earliest? I would appreciate an update on the status of this issue and an expected resolution timeline.
