Can we make the referral system a bit easy and smooth? Like currently it grants 100 jewels to both the user. This is fine but what makes it complicated is the 3rd Part. That is Rewards for the next 3 months.
I can understand having that can force the user to do transactions and get in the habit to use Jupiter but it gets a bit difficult for a person you want to refer. I talked to some of my friends and they said leave it it is complicated to refer here… Maybe you could just give 101 Jewels that’s it!

The referral program is not same for everyone. Some get ₹100 for each referal and others get ₹300 . This should be fixed. The debit card itself cost ₹235 so if one get only ₹100 this is not good.
The reward from reffered friends for 3 months is also removed.
Atleast bring it back .

  1. A profile says not eligible for edge CC and nit eligible for saving account too. Is he still eligible for referrals? Even kyc is not asked for this profile.

  2. There is a section which says Rs.1000 per referral. will this be cash rewards? How can it be withdrawn without a jupiter saving account?

  3. There is no seperate referral code under settings?

You don’t need a Jupiter Savings Account or Credit Card for earning Jewels. Even if you have linked any of your savings account to our UPI handle or have a zero balance Jupiter Account, you will be able to get the rewards.

Referal bonus will be given on successful conversion provided the referral code was added during credit card application process.

Thanks. The current offer I see in the app is Rs.1000 for each refferal. So these are not jewels I guess, It’s Rs. 1000?

Any cashback is given in the form of Jewels.

Any reason it keep showing Not Eligible for saving account, where as it is advertised as a Zero balance saving account.
