Some highlights with priority banking experience I get from other banks.

  • Doorstep pickup and delivery for any documents or paperwork

  • Lower locker rates and X free transactions on IMPS/RTGS/NEFT

  • Less transaction fees for foreign transfer

What I would like

  • A lot of time competitor banks provider better loan rate , which I keep missing in priority banking

  • Passive interaction by relationship manager (no calls reminding he is the RM)

  • Family account features
