Presently there is no option to update the photo.
The photo is fetched from aadhaar KYC done at the time of opening the account. I think the photo will remain the same even if you have updated the aadhaar photo after opening the account.

Please include digital signature and digital stamp of federal Bank, because many govt. Office don’t accept copy of passbook without official seal and authority signature…
