I got my jupiter account fully verified a couple of weeks back. But i don’t think my kyc has been properly updated in the federal bank portal. I am not able to fully login in the federal bank mobile app it says customer id and debit card no doesn’t match. And i tried to open and account in fi money neo bank and it showing to update kyc with federal bank. So i tried to update kyc in federal bank site but couldn’t probably cos some problem with their website. But i say that some of my details like address and city were incorrect and some details were not filled. Please see to it. Should i provide my customer id?

Today I have visited the Federal bank branch and I have submitted my KYC Documents.
They said it will be updated in system within 24-48 hours.
I am not really interested in going to the bank physical nor do i have time to do all this process. Even the bank branch is quite far from my home.

But if we have to do that? What is the purpose of calling Neo Banks fully digital banks?
This (visiting a bank branch) is one of the inconveniences that Neo Banks are trying to solve… Right?
I get it that Indian Neo Banks are fighting with one hand tied because of the RBI norms (tie up with regular banks). But still you guys got to figure this out. @JupiterTeam
I got a mail that my issue has been addressed and that the ticket has been closed by i dont think my kyc has been fully updated with Federal bank still.
Check your details on Self Portal check if they resloved it.
I checked it and it didn’t seem to me as if it had been resolved. Just the ticket was closed.

Sometimes they closed the ticket without any solution. But still wait for atleast 30 days if they didn’t slove then I will recommend you to File a complaint against Federal Bank On Pg Portal.

I got it but this seems like a bit too much. I would have just gone to the bank physically but it’s like 20 30kms away and it’s too much of a hassle. Maybe someday if necessary I’ll think about it. Thanks though.
you can go on federal bank website and scroll down you will see option click on fed-e-point. In fed -e-point section you will find service which is KYC update,cheque book request , aadhar pan registration etc.
I tried that but their site is bugged or something so in the last it always shows connection error or something.
search fedepoint directly in your browser click on first link and enter account no and otp you will see all service request
Honestly dude I’m just giving up on this kyc shit and fi money account opening.
