Use MobiKwik for adding money to wallet and transferring to bank account.
I think recently Cred too started wallet services.

Mobikwik charges ~1.18% when adding money through debit card.
There are no charges when you add money using UPI
You can use AmazonPay, PayZapp. They don’t have any charges, and you get rewarded as well

First time, I’ve seen debit card charges in my transaction history and it says ₹353/- and I’ve virtual debit card only. Is it for physical one or virtual one? I’ve never applied for physical card.

You will be charged irrespective of the form of the debit card. Always maintain at least 10K in your savings account to skip the charges. You can order the debit card to be delivered too as you will be paying AMC anyways.
