Hi Team, I have registered and everything was fine until KYC. At I first faced issues with no one coming in for more than 15 mins. Then because of technical issues my KYC failed and I am not getting any option to redo it. Can someone help me. I have emailed multiple emails at jupiter but no response from anyone. Tried calling but thats only for existing customers. Chat is not helpful at all. When I login back and check everyday it says I am not eligible for credit card for which I am interested and want to apply for. How hard can a redo KYC option be?
