I have been facing a KYC issue in the app for quite a long time now—almost several months. I initially started using Jupiter because of its excellent “Pots” feature. However, I am currently unable to use this feature as my KYC process is not going through.
Every time I attempt to complete the KYC, the app shows that it is loading, but it does not move forward. Additionally, I have been unable to get proper assistance from customer care. When I try to seek help through the app, I am only connected to a chatbot, and there is no option to speak with a real customer care representative. This makes it very difficult to resolve the issue.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest, as I need access to the Pots feature in the app.
