Facing a technical error during video KYC for my Jupiter credit card application

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue while trying to complete the video KYC for my Jupiter credit card application.

Every time I try, I get the error: “There was a technical issue at our end. Do reach out to our customer support if the issue persists.” (Attaching screenshot for reference)

I’ve tried multiple times but still facing the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any workaround or help would be really appreciated.
