Issue Creating Jupiter Account

I recently tried creating a new account on Jupiter, but I received the following message:

“Sorry, your account could not be created. Unfortunately this can happen when your profile doesn’t match Jupiter’s policies.”

I would like to clarify that this is my first time attempting to use Jupiter. I have never created or used a Jupiter account before, and there are no issues with my email, documents, or profile information. Everything provided is valid and accurate.

I would appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know why my account creation was declined, or guide me on how to resolve this issue.
